Darin LeGrange, President & CEO

As president and CEO of Phoenix Health Systems, Darin LeGrange brings with him 16 years of aggressive, entrepreneurial leadership in all major segments of the healthcare industry. Having successfully served in senior leadership roles for three national healthcare service organizations, Mr. LeGrange has a proven track record for driving growth in the healthcare IT industry with expertise in business process and IT outsourcing, professional and consulting services, and packaged product solutions. Prior to joining Phoenix, Mr. LeGrange was President and CEO of Xactimed, where he led the company's aggressive growth into an emerging national leader in healthcare revenue cycle management solutions. Previously, Darin served as the President and Managing Director of the Healthcare Solutions division of ACS, building a highly successful organization through the development of complete IT outsourcing and BPO service lines for all healthcare market segments, as well as development of clinical analysis and revenue cycle management services specifically for hospitals. Before joining ACS, Mr. LeGrange spent nine years serving in various leadership roles at Electronic Data Systems, Inc. (EDS), in the Healthcare Industry Group.


John Hinton, Executive Vice President, Sales & Marketing

With more than 19 years of experience in the healthcare outsourcing industry, John Hinton brings a strong understanding of the importance of relationship building, portfolio management and branding to his position as executive vice president of sales and marketing at Phoenix Health Systems.  In executive leadership and sales management roles, Mr. Hinton leveraged sales opportunities, innovative marketing and channel management resulting in rapid revenue and earnings growth. Prior to joining Phoenix, he held the position of Vice President, Sales and Marketing, for the Healthcare Solutions Group at ACS. In addition, Mr. Hinton spent 10 years at EDS in various management positions within the Healthcare Industry Group.

John Sabin, CFO & General Counsel

As executive vice president, CFO and general counsel for Phoenix Health Systems, John Sabin brings with him almost 25 years of experience managing corporations’ financial functions and merger and acquisition transactions. Mr. Sabin leads Phoenix' Finance & Accounting functions and oversees the company's accounting, banking, budgeting, cash management, contracting, and legal needs. Prior to joining Phoenix, Mr. Sabin served in senior finance positions with Marriott and Choice Hotels, as well as smaller firms including a venture capital and a biotech firm. Mr. Sabin held the position of CFO in two public companies and presently serves as a director of two public companies.


Christy Enrico, Senior Vice President

As senior vice president of human resources and administration for Phoenix Health Systems, Christy Enrico brings with her more than 20 years of experience in the human resources (HR) arena. Ms. Enrico has extensive experience as a strategic business partner in the continual transformation and execution of HR programs and processes. Having spent over 25 years with General Electric Company, she has a strong background in the design and delivery of effective change and leadership programs.


Ravi Singh, Senior Vice President

Over the course of his 17-year career, Ravi Singh has developed extensive healthcare information technology (IT) management and implementation skills and a successful executive leadership style. As senior vice president of Phoenix Health Systems for almost a decade, Mr. Singh currently is in charge of outsourcing, providing leadership and oversight for several of Phoenix' outsourcing contracts and overseeing project management, system selection, vendor contracting, application implementation and strategic planning. Mr. Singh has also functioned as Officer-in-Charge for major hospital and integrated delivery system consulting engagements. Formerly, Ravi managed information systems functions for Suburban Hospital and Georgetown University Hospital.


Don Chenoweth, Senior Vice President

As senior vice president of outsourcing for Phoenix Health Systems, Don Chenoweth has worked in the healthcare market for more than 30 years providing consulting and hospital executive management services. He has also managed and founded high-tech healthcare companies, and managed many vendor projects, software development projects, third-party information technology (IT) contracts and IT staff. Prior to his current role, Mr. Chenoweth was Chief Information Officer (CIO) of Phoenix' outsourcing client, East Jefferson General Hospital (EJGH) in Metairie, Louisiana. As a member of the disaster team that kept EJGH open during the Katrina disaster - one of only three hospitals that remained open during the hurricane - he recently directed implementation of a Cerner Enterprise Millenium and Profit solution.


Drew Kemmeling, Vice President, Consulting Services

With more than 20 years of management consulting experience in the healthcare industy, Drew Kemmeling brings a strong understanding of the issues facing hospital executives today. He currently serves as the clinical systems integration and program office management national consulting practice leader and is responsible for the quality and delivery of services to our clients. While at Phoenix, Mr. Kemmeling has led multiple technology implementation, strategic planning and compliance engagements. Prior to joining Phoenix Health Systems Mr. Kemmeling served as a Senior Manager, Health and Life Sciences at Accenture LLC, a Senior Consultant at KPMG Peat Marwick Main & Co. and as an Account Supervisor with St. Vincent Stress Center of Indianapolis.


Vicki Douglas, Vice President, Consulting Services

As a vice president of consulting services for Phoenix Health Systems, Vicki Douglas brings with her more than 25 years of management consulting in the healthcare industry.  She currently serves as the Strategic Services and Revenue Cycle Management practice leader and is responsible for the quality and delivery of services to our clients. While at Phoenix, Ms. Douglas has led multiple technology, strategic planning and business transformation engagements, as well as, served in Interim leadership positions within client organizations.  Prior to joining Phoenix Health Systems Ms. Douglas served as the Director of the Revenue Cycle Technology practice for BearingPoint, Inc, a Senior Manager in Capgemini’s Healthcare Information Technology Practice, and a member of Ernst & Young as one of the leaders of the Revenue Cycle Transformation Practice.
