Vicki L. Stewart Joins Phoenix Health Systems as Vice President, Consulting Services

MONTGOMERY VILLAGE, MD – March 30, 2006 – Phoenix Health Systems announced today that Vicki L. Stewart has joined the company as Vice President, Consulting Services.

Vicki brings to Phoenix over 25 years of successful leadership experience in healthcare information systems consulting and business development. Before joining Phoenix Health Systems, Vicki served as the Director of the Revenue Cycle Technology Practice for BearingPoint, Inc. (NYSE: BE), a Senior Manager in Capgemini's Healthcare Information Technology Practice for over four years, and a member of Ernst & Young LLP's Revenue Cycle Transformation Practice for three years. Prior to her consulting career, Vicki worked for healthcare providers as a member of operational teams providing leadership in areas such as Revenue Management, Information Technology, Finance and Administration.
