Andrew Kemmeling Joins Phoenix Health Systems as Vice President, Consulting Services

MONTGOMERY VILLAGE, MD – July 11, 2006 – Phoenix Health Systems announced today that Andrew (Drew) L. Kemmeling has joined the company as Vice President, Consulting Services. Drew will be responsible for the clinical systems implementation and project management service lines within Phoenix’ Strategic Consulting Division.

Drew brings to Phoenix over 20 years of successful leadership experience in healthcare information systems consulting and business development. Before joining Phoenix Health Systems, Drew served as a Senior Manager with Accenture’s Health and Life Science Practice, was a member of Capgemini's Healthcare Information Technology Practice for over five years, and was a member of Ernst & Young's Health Care Practice for ten years. Prior to his consulting career, Drew worked in the healthcare industry providing leadership in areas such as Accounting, Payroll, Information Technology, Finance and Administration.
