DLS Selects Phoenix for Enterprise Business Continuity and IT Disaster Recovery Planning Services
DALLAS – January 24, 2007 – Diagnostic Laboratory Services, Inc. (DLS), Honolulu, has signed an agreement with Phoenix Health Systems for Information Technology (IT) disaster recovery planning services.
Phoenix, a premier provider of Strategic Consulting, IT Outsourcing and Revenue Cycle Management services focused on the business goals of healthcare organizations, announced today that it will help DLS develop an Enterprise Business Continuity Plan and IT Disaster Recovery Plan. Phoenix will assess the company operations, help devise an Enterprise Continuity Plan and assist with a drill. Additionally, Phoenix will assess DLS’ current information systems-related disaster recovery documentation and capabilities, and assist in the development of a HIPAA-compliant Disaster Recovery Plan. This effort will focus on identifying critical information systems, components and infrastructure necessary for DLS to continue operations in case of disaster.
