Integrated Services Inc., Extends IT Outsourcing Partnership with Phoenix Health Systems
Honolulu, Hawaii – November 19, 2009 – Phoenix Health Systems (Phoenix), a national provider of health care information technology (IT) outsourcing and consulting solutions, announced today the signing of a long-term IT outsourcing contract extension with Integrated Services Inc. (ISI), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Hawaii Medical Service Association (HMSA).
Under the multi-year agreement, Phoenix will provide a wide range of services including IT leadership, IT infrastructure management, application development and maintenance, as well as, web services support including development of ISI web-based applications and secure web service interfaces. As part of the solution, Phoenix will continue to host the majority of ISI’s IT infrastructure and web operations from its Leveraged Service Center in Honolulu. This base of operations allows Phoenix to greater service ISI and additional clients throughout the Hawaiian Islands.
