New Mexico Heart Institute Renews Comprehensive IT Outsourcing Agreement with Phoenix Health Systems
DALLAS, TX - February 17, 2011 - Phoenix Health Systems, a premier provider of integrated information technology (IT) outsourcing and consulting services for healthcare organizations, announced today that New Mexico Heart Institute (NMHI), Albuquerque, NM, has renewed its agreement with Phoenix for full IT Outsourcing services for five more years.
Phoenix will continue to provide NMHI with IT leadership, project governance, server management, network engineering services, service desk, and enhanced clinical desktop services. Additionally, NMHI is provided monitoring and response services utilizing Phoenix's state-of-the-art Network Monitoring Facility at its Leveraged Service Center in Dallas, TX. Without the need to focus on infrastructure and availability, NMHI can focus on their core mission which to provide exceptional cardiac care via facilities throughout New Mexico.
